leaving Kanachanaburi bright and not too early (due to the two young o;d men sleeping in), brings us to the flat plains of rice fields along the highway 321 , 324 and R 1 & R 32. Not too exciting an ride due to the flat terrain. Our 1st stop for fuel at the rest area brings us to the ever present Amazon cafe for our 1st drink of the day..ice mocha, freezing cholate and all the good stuff.

The interesting stretch of last 52 km after the turn off from Tak to Mae Sot
