Before we knew it, we have arrived at the Thailand - Malaysia border.

After going round and round and round Haadyai in the searing 38 degrees afternoon sun, we finally found the train station.
At Haad yai train station. Decided to take the train from Haad Yai to Bangkok. Total cost of 2nd class sleeper and freight for the bike is a total of $ 160.00 per head.
Could have been cheaper if not for the many tips we'd paid. We had to tip like EVERYONE if not they'll take forever to get things done.

What a mess. We had to carry our own panniers with us in the cabin. Added to our luggage, there was no space to sit down.
