Our journey took us less than 2hours? a slow relaxing ride outta Bangkok, on to the highway that leads straight to Kanchanaburi.
We stayed at the Camelia Resort. Very nice place. highly recommended

After checking in, we walked to the Death Railway. The Death Railway was built during WW2 by the prisoners of war.
